A random third-party survey is performed at the end of our in-dealership training events. Each survey is reviewed and recorded. Based on the outcome, events can be performed again to ensure value and impact was delivered to the customer.

Traver’s goal is to deliver the right course, at the right time, to get the desired result: growth. The 5-Star Survey is our customer’s insurance, that along the way, they have a voice. The customer is always the best person to know whether there was impact and growth as a result of an in-dealership training event.
