Our objective:
To provide new Business Development Managers with a clear picture
of their mission and purpose in the dealership and the skills necessary
for 25% annual growth.

training for the person in this crucial position. We prepare BDMs
for their role, providing the continuing support they so desperately
need. The BDM Training Academy provides your BDM multiple contacts

Phase 1 (3 days)
- Develop an annual growth plan for your dealership that nets
25% annually.
- Manage and direct front-end profit centers monthly to maintain
growth.
- Manage incoming phone-ups to grow your store by 7 - 15% monthly.
- Organize and structure dealership schedules for efficiency.
- Two drills to teach managers how to coach people.
Phase 2 (3 days)
- Install and sustain a guest tracking process that works and
involves management.
- Establish a process for selling your unsold showroom traffic
and grow your store by another 8% - 15% monthly.
- Two drills to teach managers how to coach people.
Phase 3 (3 days)
- Establishing, attaining and exceeding the dealership and sales
personnel's objectives.
- Facilitate weekly management and sales consultant "trim-tab"
meetings.
- Develop specialized customer-centric loyalty practices.
- Develop and manage retention and loyalty strategies that will
grow your dealership by 10% - 20% more monthly.

BDM Certification
Your BDM is managing 70 - 80% of your business. Your entire management
team had a track record of success prior to becoming managers in
your dealership. What about your BDM? There are very few certainties
in life. BDM Certification just happens to be one of them. A certified
BDM knows how to grow a store 25% year after year. You may elect
to have one of our BDM Certified Train-the-Trainers test your BDM
over a period of two days at your dealership (all expenses paid).
This offers an objective look at processes relative to BD in your
own environment. BDM Certification occurs after successfully completing
this two-day evaluation. The trainer will also work to modify processes
to best fit your individual dealership's needs without limiting
BD's ultimate success; a consistent 3:1 appointment ratio. When
elected, BD College will contact you to schedule certification.
