Internet Competitive Analysis (ICA)

This service provides you with an accurate picture of your Internet sales process as compared to a competitor(s) of your choice. As seen through the eyes of your prospects, Traver Technologies will anonymously shop your Internet personnel, ranking your customers' experience vs. your competition's treatment. The objective of this service is to give you the competitive advantage of knowing how to leverage your Internet sales process against that of your competition. In addition, we will determine what your Internet pricing should be for each model that you sell based on the competition's pricing.

Traver Technologies will provide you with answers and solutions to the following Internet best practices that will make or break your Internet sales:

  • Your e-Commerce Sales Process: How quickly do your salespeople respond to e-mail inquiries? How thorough is the information in their responses?
  • On-line Buying Service: Which ones are really delivering and which ones are not
