  This service provides the dealer with a Traver Technologies staff member who will personally interview each candidate. Upon a successful interview, the Traver staff member will schedule the second interview for the candidate with the dealership personnel. Qualified applicants will receive a personality profile and skill-set assessment. Our personnel will work closely with your management team to select the ideal candidate for this position.
