Traver’s live instructor-led and spaced-repetition modalities are both industry firsts. Training is not solely about delivering material to students. Training is more about learning proven skills and then putting them into application. We kept this our goal when building our exclusive Continuous Interactive Training (CIT) and Extreme Learning solutions.

The average Fortune 300 Company spends approximately $1800 per person for training annually. This tremendous investment typically has little lasting impact and traditionally less than 20 - 30% retention levels. Students don’t pass school with a 30/100. Nor, does a person excel from learning at 30% retention.
