Continuous Interactive Training (CIT)

Continuous Interactive Training currently provides training in five critical skill areas for a dealership.

• Business Development Skills
• Internet Skills
• Sales Path (Process) Skills
• Leadership Development Skills
• Service Development Skills

There are typically two reasons why training at dealerships is difficult or worse, overlooked all together:

• Too expensive! CIT is delivered at 2 - 5% of a traditional training investment cost.
• Too distracting! CIT is offered 4 weeks a month, 4 days a week*. For each series, the modules repeat throughout the week so everyone has time to participate. Modules are only 25 minutes in length, so even the busiest employee has time to learn and grow.

Each of these fives areas is considered a series. Partnering stores choose between three options. Option one extends one series to the organization and is offered one week per month for a 24 month term. This equates to over 90 days of training for a store who chooses this option. Option two expands this offering to two series from above. This provides nearly 200 training days of the two year period.

Option three further expands this offering to include all of our series, over 375 training days in two years. Each month your dealership would have unlimited access to the over 40 modules. Dealership personnel can attend as often and as many as they would like.

CIT offers many powerful modules, each designed to help the associates at your dealership learn and grow. CIT is simple. Just pick the series that represents the greatest opportunity at your dealership, or our Package II (and select two series), or Package III (unlimited access) and sign up. After that, view the calendar and login-in about 5 minutes prior to your module and get ready to learn.

Each module is approximately 25 minutes in length and taught by a live instructor. The training is interactive and engaging, so be ready to respond and learn along sales, management and service personnel from around the world.
