Right Relationship 360 includes a series of computer-based modules
that, among other things, maintains ongoing customer communication
and shares information throughout the dealership. The modules include:
- Internet lead management
- Showroom control
- Creation of a business development center
- Marketing research
- Management reporting
- Database marketing
As an example, the showroom control features provide sales consultants
with all they need to manage their daily tasks. There is a customer
information area, an appointment calendar, phone call and mailing
reminders, and prospecting information.
Within the main modules are features for Internet sales personnel,
sales consultants, sales managers, the business development center
and the service department. There is even a "complaint manager,"
which encourages employees to log customer concerns into the system
for timely and appropriate follow-up.
Another useful tool of the e-CRM solution is effective advertising
campaign management through database marketing. With the data-warehousing
feature, a dealership can archive all of its sales and service information,
along with material from a variety of other sources. By being able
to drill down through the data, dealers can target consumers on
a one-to-one basis for sales and service campaigns. This feature
can also measure a campaign's effectiveness and help dealers minimize
the amount of advertising dollars spent per vehicle.
