If you are here to learn more about how we partner with our dealerships, this information will help. All of our training dealerships are assigned a Regional Manager (RM), Senior Account Executive (SAE), Retail Training Instructors (RTI pool), and each account is assigned to one of our Senior Vice Presidents to oversee. The dealership’s assigned RM and SAE are accessible during normal work hours, M – F, for consulting or to answer questions their dealerships have.
Your RM and SAE have a vested interest in your store. Both roles have elements of their compensation based on your store growing and succeeding. This creates a real partnership in this effort. The RM is ultimately responsible for the relationship. They are empowered to take care of you. |
